LaToya Irè Allen, CEO and Founder, has always had an affinity for supporting globally diverse leaders by helping them build and transform their companies. LaToya designed Blackseed & Co. around the fundamental skills entrepreneurs and leaders need to excel, including transformational leadership, authenticity, business, and cultural competency. LaToya Irè holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, an International M.B.A in Organizational Design & Strategy from the University of Southern California, a Certification in Business and Corporate Law from Branford.
Having traveled and worked in more than 35 countries around the world, LaToya is deeply rooted in her culture and heritage. Her journey, wealth of knowledge, and experience is the foundation of her beliefs that people are the seeds of life.
